Mt. Auburn and City West including Betts-Longworth District
Often over looked, Mt. Auburn and City West area offer many single family town homes. Mt. Auburn downtown area is north off Liberty with several streets coming off Sycamore. These are a must see, offering stunning downtown and often river views. This area has been rehabbed for years now with some of the most beautiful properties in Cincinnati. Dorsey, Boal, Milton, Mulberry, Goethe, are wonderful streets and have some small streets off of them that are definitely worth exploring!
City West and Betts-Longworth Districts offer inexpensive town homes that are a huge bang for your buck. Homes ranging from $130,000 to $330,000 with garages and yards can be found in this area which is located behind City Hall and Music Hall, a short walk to it all downtown.
