Located at 1214 Vine Street at 12th Street, Duveneck Flats is another addition to the Downtown Cincinnati Lofts market. The development is named after Frank Duveneck, an internationally-famous artist who was Chairman of the Art Academy of Cincinnati. Developed by Bill Baum’s Urban Sites, another gem of a building has been restored to its deserved utility and splendor. Previous projects by Urban Sites include The Lofts on Broadway, St. Mary’s Square, and the new Lackman Lofts project.
In true loft style, the 15 loft apartments feature an artsy, yet well-done blend of exposed brick and finished walls. More contemporary features include Juliet-style balconies, two-sided fireplaces, contemporary steel railings, granite countertops, and large windows that allow for ample natural lighting.
