Cincinnati has 4 major neighborhoods: The Central Business District which includes the Banks, Over the Rhine, City West/Betts Longworth, and Mt Auburn. Clifton is considered UpTown. We offer condos and lofts for sale in all these areas.
The Central Business District is generally more upscale than the other neighborhoods, has one of the lowest crime rate statistics in Cincinnati and has easy access to the River Front, Fountain Square, our new water front park and hundreds of dining options/bars/night clubs/Broadway Theater, the Taft, Contemporary Arts and Freedom Center Museums. Shopping from Macy’s and Saks Fifth Avenue or Tiffany’s to name a few. Our newly constructed Banks is going through Phase II and will include more luxury apartments along with all the new dining venues. Real estate is about location and this along with our professional football teams the Bengals and Baseball with the Reds stadiums makes this the most desirable part of downtown.
