Over the Rhine (OTR) is one of Cincinnati great historic neighborhoods, home of the nation’s largest collection of Italianate architecture.
In recent years this neighborhood, adjacent to the Central Business District, has been undergoing a dramatic transformation; what once was a deserted, blighted area has now become a diverse, vibrant community catering to all walks of life. The new housing options within OTR are continually expanding and diversifying. The OTR neighborhoods – Gateway Quarter, Main Street and Washington Park – all offer a wide variety of loft condominiums, single family homes and rental apartments at any time. You can search for all properties in this area which has a boundary between Central Parkway and basically Liberty Street to the North and extends up past Findley Market to Mulberry Street on the North West boundary. Currently most of the transformation is occurring up to Liberty Street. New construction is coming on stream all the time but their isn’t much on the market right now as it sold out quicker than anticipated.
