Eden Park District is an area cut out of East/ Walnut Hills that extends north adjoining Eden Park. Lots of rehabbed properties and condos in this area that are walkable to Eden Park and East Walnut Hills downtown area with its art galleries and dining options. Actively under development are the two major streets Taft and McMillan which have recently had large chunks of commercial real estate purchased to revamp and revitalize the area. They will be turning the roads back into one way streets this fall.
I have sold a lot of condos in The Schoolhouse Lofts. My clients love it here as it offers easy walking to coffee shop, dining options, parks and its a couple minute drive to all the hospitals in Clifton.
