Price Hill is divided in half, one half is called the East Price Hill Incline area where you can find incredible river city views. I am an expert in the views of our area, and I can tell you the views are arguably the finest in the Tri-State. It almost feels like the river is coming right under the hill and is just spectacular. The housing prices are cheap. There is one really great restaurant Primavista click on http://www.pvista.com great Italian food and incredible view. 4 Minutes from Downtown. They are trying hard in this neighborhood with new developments and expensive view properties at an incredible discount compared to the East Side of Cincinnati to become a great place to live. West Price Hill is an old established neighborhood with beautiful architecture from the 20’s and 30’s and its own famous Price Hill Chili. Many generations live and stay here active in the Catholic churches, its a great stable area.
